本番環境で動くAIシステムを届けるには、データサイエンティストだけでは足りません。ビジネス課題を検証可能な仕様に翻訳する要件エンジニア、モデルの周囲に保守性の高いシステムを組み上げるソフトウェアエンジニア、それを安全かつ経済的に運用するクラウドアーキテクト、そして完成したシステムを人の手に届けるトレーナー。BW system Limited は、このライフサイクルを映した4つの事業部で構成され、すべての案件でワンチームとして動きます。

Delivering AI systems that work in production requires more than data scientists. It requires requirement engineers who can translate business problems into testable specifications, software engineers who can build maintainable systems around models, cloud architects who can run them securely and economically, and trainers who can put them into human hands. BW system Limited is organised into four divisions that mirror this lifecycle, working as one team on every engagement.

AI Engineering Division

AIエンジニアリング事業部

当社のデリバリー能力の中核です。データパイプライン、モデルの選定と評価、アプリケーションロジック、ユーザーインターフェース、APIまで、AIアプリケーションをエンドツーエンドで設計・開発します。ソフトウェアエンジニアリングの規律と応用機械学習の専門性を兼ね備えたメンバーが、納品物すべての品質・性能・保守性に責任を持ちます。

The core of our delivery capability. This division designs and builds AI applications end to end: data pipelines, model selection and evaluation, application logic, user interfaces and APIs. Members combine software engineering discipline with applied machine-learning expertise, and are responsible for the quality, performance and maintainability of everything we ship.

Cloud & Security Division

クラウド・セキュリティ事業部

システムが動く「環境」に責任を持つ事業部です。Google Cloudおよびマルチクラウドのアーキテクチャ設計、ID・アクセス管理（IAM）の実装、プライバシーに配慮したログ設計とデータ保護コントロールの構築、そしてお客様に納品するDLP・セキュリティソリューションの運用までを担います。セキュリティレビューは「最後に付け足すもの」ではなく、すべてのプロジェクトに最初から組み込まれています。

Responsible for the environments our systems run in. This division designs Google Cloud and multi-cloud architectures, implements identity and access management, builds privacy-preserving logging and data-protection controls, and operates the DLP and security solutions we deliver to clients. Security review is embedded in every project, not bolted on at the end.

Consulting & Solution Design Division

コンサルティング・ソリューションデザイン事業部

ビジネスとエンジニアリングの橋渡し役です。要件定義、フィージビリティ評価、PoCのスコープ設計、仕様書の作成をリードします。この事業部が担うのは、コードを1行書く前にすべてのAIプロジェクトが答えるべき問い——「成功とは具体的に何か。それをどう測定するのか」——です。

The bridge between business and engineering. Consultants in this division lead requirement definition, feasibility assessment, PoC scoping and specification writing. They own the question every AI project must answer before a line of code is written: what, exactly, does success look like, and how will we measure it?

Training & Enablement Division

研修・人材育成事業部

AIシステムの成否は、使う人にかかっています。この事業部は、企業向けAI研修プログラムの設計・実施、それを支える実践型研修環境の構築、そして安全で生産的なAI利用のための社内ガイドライン策定を支援します。

AI systems succeed when people use them well. This division designs and delivers corporate AI training programmes, builds the hands-on training environments that support them, and helps client organisations establish internal guidelines for safe, productive AI use.
